The marketing information is sent via an email to Mailchimp who provide our mailing service. Mailchimp will then add your details to a distribution list which we then use to send out the requested information.
Mailchimp are a US based organisation which uses data security within the US Privacy Shield standard. This provides an equivalent security standard to that required under GDPR.
The request for service will be forwarded to us and be treated as personal data within our client records and treated in accordance with our Privacy Policy. The request is also stored at our website company.

Contact data is gathered via our website and communicated to us via email. This uses SSL for encryption. Once we receive the email our security protection as detailed here applies. Gecko Agency Ltd operates a 56 day rolling storage process where day 1 data is deleted on day 57. There is therefore no long term storage of your data within our website company.
